Luvuyo Orphanage Home is a Non-Profit Organization that cares and supports children who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, abused, abandoned, neglected, and vulnerable. The Luvuyo Orphanage Home has a number of 30 children which it caters for.It was established by Mrs. Lindiwe Nokwali on the year 2002 in July with the main objective of helping children in need. When we started, schools like D.C Marivate were experiencing transport problems for their students who were traveling from Soshanguve extensions. Parents were not able to pay for school buses and were not able to give those lunchboxes as result children were not attending adequately. It was for that reason that Luvuyo accommodated some of the students from schools. Since the home has started operating, it has managed to accommodate more than352 children.
